Complaints Procedure

If you have a complaint we really want to hear from you. We welcome your comments as they give us the opportunity to put things right and improve our services for all our customers. We want to deal with your concerns as quickly as possible so we’ve outlined the process for you below

Process

All complaints need to submitted to us in writing in the first instance via email or post. We will investigate your complaint thoroughly and try to resolve it as soon as possible. Once our investigations have been concluded, we will write to you with our final response, or ask you for further information to help us with our investigations or advise you on the progress of your complaint.
