Types of damage can include: scuffs, scratches, alloy wheel damage, chips or cracks to glass and bodywork dents and missing parts.
Autoserve's End Guard check is included free of charge with your Guaranteed Maintenance package. Once submitted, our technician will look over the images or video/s provided and will provide you with our opinion, based upon our understanding of BVRLA fair wear and tear guidelines and if we think it would be beneficial for the damage to be looked at by a trained bodyshop repairer, then we would advise you accordingly, before you return the vehicle to your leasing broker.
This estimate will be passed back to you to agree before your vehicle to be booked in for repair. It is up to you whether you wish to get any damage repaired, however failure to do so could result in higher repair costs from your leasing broker once the vehicle is returned.
End Guard is only Autoserve's opinion of the damage based on the evidence provided in this form and comparison to BVRLA's fair tear and wear guidelines. We cannot be held responsible if your leasing broker has a different opinion on any damage.
