If your Guaranteed Maintenance contract is due to end within the next 6 weeks, but you wish to extend your contract with Autoserve, please complete the following form.

Please note:

Your contract must still be live, based on your original end date, for at least 2 weeks prior to submitting this form.

This is an extension request . Extensions are dealt with on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
The minimum you can extend by is 3 months and the maximum depends upon your contract, which our Accounts department can advise on.
