Servicing, Maintenance and Repair
The Servicing, Maintenance, and Repair cover means all your vehicle's servicing, maintenance, and MOT testing costs are covered for the duration of your contract. We follow the manufacturer's guidelines and servicing schedules to keep your vehicle in peak condition.
When your service light comes on or your MOT is due, simply contact Autoserve either by booking online or giving us a call, and we’ll handle the rest. We’ll arrange for your vehicle to be serviced at the nearest approved garage, whether it’s close to your home or work. You can let us know convenient times and dates and we do our best to accommodate this for you.
As part of the service, our maintenance contract covers the following:
- Engine oil checks and replacements if required
- Brake pads and discs
- External bulbs and wiper blade replacements
- Replacement of fuel, oil, air, and pollen filters
- Spark plugs
- Brake fluid, engine coolant, adblue, and windscreen washer fluid checks and top-ups
- General checks, including, suspension system, and tyre inspections
- Service light reset
- Change of front & rear differential oils
- Automatic gearbox servicing
We work with a network of approved service centres across the UK. Some garages may offer courtesy vehicles while your car is being serviced, subject to availability, and potentially at a cost. Please note, that these vehicles are provided by the garage, not Autoserve. We can request this service on your behalf, but availability is beyond our control.
Alternatively, you can drop off your vehicle and collect it once the work is complete. Please be aware that we do not cover any travel costs, including those incurred if a courtesy car is unavailable.
You don’t need to book in through us if you just need replacement of external bulbs or wiper blades, just visit your local Halfords Autocare or Kwik Fit branch and inform them you are an Autoserve customer. The branch will then seek our authorisation for the replacement. However, these items will be checked and replaced if required during your service.
